The tuition for four-day workshops is $750.

A deposit is required to reserve your space in a workshop. Your space in a workshop cannot be guarenteed without a deposit. Once your deposit has been received, your space in the workshop will be reserved as long as that workshop is not sold-out (see additional dates).
A $50 discount is available to those who elect to pay the entire workshop tuition upon registration.
A $50 discount is available to subscribers to either LensWork or LensWork Extended.
These two discounts can be combined - that is, if you are a subscriber and elect to pay the full tuition upon registration, your tuition will be discounted $100.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to the beginning of the workshop.
Available space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Should a workshop be sold out before your space is confirmed, you will be given the option of being placed on the wait list, reserving space in another date, or receiving a full refund of your deposit/payment.
We anticipate that demand for these workshop will be quite high. We may add additional dates for workshops as demand warrants. Call our office at 800-659-2130 if you would like to be placed on a waiting list for sold-out workshops or for workshops that might be available on different dates.
If you are unable to attend it is crucial that you notify LensWork immediately as we will calculate any refund based on this schedule:
Cancellations received 30 DAYS OR MORE before the 1st day of the workshop: we will refund all monies paid less a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received LESS THAN 30 days* before the 1st day of the workshop: We will work our wait-list to fill your space. If we are successful, we will refund all monies paid, less a late cancellation fee of $100. If we are unsuccessful, we will refund all monies paid, less the $300 deposit.Cancellations received 7 DAYS OR LESS before the 1st day of the workshop: If you are able to provide a replacement attendee, we will gladly transfer your registration. Otherwise, your deposit and tuition will be forfeit.
LensWork reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received 30 days before the workshop begins and to reallocate your slot to a person on the waiting list.
No refund of any kind will be made for cancellation after the workshop begins. LensWork is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies.
In the event that a entire workshop must be cancelled, all fees and deposits will br refunded.
LensWork is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a workshop cancellation.
